New Palestinian Travel Documents

At the Consular Section, complete a new travel document application (select the link to get the form) and enclose the following:

·         4 recent passport photos 1.9x1.4 inch with full face and white background.

·         Lebanese identification card I.D. for Palestinians (tazkarat al hawiya) and two copies of the said document.

·         Current travel document and two copies of its first 6 pages.

·         Where applicable, copy of current foreign passport.

·         UNRWA card (bitakat Iashi) and two copies of the said document.

·         Copy of a US driver's license, utility bill or bank statement for proof of address.

·         Parental consent form (select the link to get the form) for minors and applicants under 18 signed by both parents or legal guardians, at the Consular Section or authenticated by a notary public, affirming their consent to the application.

·         Fingerprint of the right-hand thumb on a specified Consulate form.

·         Fees: $40.00 for 1 year and $120.00 for 3 years (only cash or money orders payable to the Consulate General of Lebanon are accepted).

 

The new travel document will arrive from Lebanon in around 60 days.

When the new travel document arrives at the Consulate, the concerned person will be contacted to  provide the old travel document held for cancellation and to receive the new one either in person at the Consulate or via certified self-addressed and stamped envelope for return (no return fees are accepted).

·         Notarized fingerprint of the right-hand thumb.

·         Fees: $40 for 1 year and $120.00 for 3 years (only money orders payable to the Consulate General of Lebanon are accepted).

·         Certified self-addressed and stamped envelope for return (no return fees are accepted) if the passport is to be returned by mail.

 

The new travel document will arrive from Lebanon in around 60 days from the time we receive your request.
